Blood and Snow - Book Tour

Title: Blood and Snowby Rashelle Workman
Series: Blood and Snow series
Genre: Young Adult, Paranormal, Fantasy
Available Formats: Ebook, paperback

Every thousand years the Vampire Queen selects a new body, always the fairest in the land, and this time she's chosen Snow White.

Snow isn't an ordinary girl. She doesn't know that yet. When Snow gets bitten by a Hunter, her life is thrown into a whirlwind of change where instead of worrying about what to eat, she has to fight not to drink the blood of fellow high school students. She becomes a revenant - not quite human, not quite vampire.

With the help of an eccentric old Professor, his seven adoptive sons, and her best friend, Snow learns to control her blood craving. Sort of. She drinks a bloodlust tea, but she'd rather drink from her Hunter.

Or, a human.

She also discovers a whole other realm, one filled with fairies, dragons, and magic. And not only does the Vampire Queen want her, but there's a pendant called the Seal of Gabriel created for Snow by the Vampire Queen's twin sister. And Snow's supposed to use it to restore balance to all magical creatures. Including vampires.

Review :

This is the kind of novel that turns out to be more of an adventure, it has everything a good story needs - Romance, Magic, Paranormal, Fantasy, Drama and Action! So if you are looking for a combination of the above then this is the book for you.

Please not that this story is not about Snow White, her parents merely had a quirky sense of humor and if I am honest it does sound like a kind of amazing name.

This book is comprised of a series of 12 Novella's that in turn from the full adventure, My recommendation would be to read them all in one sitting as surprisingly they don't take much longer to read then a full length Novel and it makes it a little more worthwhile, plus each individual novella ends in a cliffhanger.

This series follow's Snow from the ages of 15 to 19 and you are able to see her adventure evolve, after all how many girls are chosen to be the body of a powerful Vampire Queen? There are too many charecters to speak about individuality but they all bring something new to the story line although a few I felt where rushed through and you didn't get the chance to 'get to know them'.

This book is packed full of romance and swoon worthy moments then will bring a smile to your face while at the same time causing you frustration at the Love triangles . . . Yes I said it this book does have a few of those.

This series was a nice and easy read that can be enjoyed any time of the day.

Please note that this book does contain some sexual scenes so should not be read by younger readers confusing this with a fairy tale.

3.5/5 Stars.
